There are multiple ways to shop with us
You can browse through our online store and place your order there. Or you can look through our wine catalog in PDF or XLS format.
If there is anything that you’d like to inquire about here are the general steps:
- Take note of the Product ID or SKU of the wines you would like to buy.
- Call or email us about what you’d like.
- We will confirm your order and answer any questions about current stock, provenance and happily provide pictures.
- Payment can be done by credit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque.
- Wines can be delivered to your doorstep – at home or at your office. You can also come pick it up at our office.
Orders are processed as soon as they are received – first come first serve. Whether your order is received by phone, email or online it will be processed promptly. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Ginsberg+Chan uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology in our online store. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.
We accept Bank transfers, Cheque and Cash. If you have made an order online and have paid by Bank Transfer, please email us a copy of your confirmation slip.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay and JCB credit and debit cards but charge an additional 2.5% service fee for these forms of payments.
DeliveryAll orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next day.
All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 days.
If you have an urgent order, it may be possible to organize a delivery for an added cost of $250. All urgent orders must be picked up from our office.

If you would prefer to store your wines with us and take delivery at a later date, no problem. We offer 6 months of free storage for up to 2 cases.
This is an attractive option for frequent travellers who do not live in Hong Kong but come through for business or personal reasons. Email us and ask us for more details.
