Shop & Tasting Room

Our Tasting Room is an isolated place available to act as an offsite conference or meeting room. Equipped with a projector screen and with seating for up to 10, guests can intimately mingle on a long table right in front of our wine cellar.  The Tasting Room is available for rent weekdays from 6-8pm with wine service optional.

Shake up corporate mixers and client meetings with a tailor made wine tasting.  Ginsberg+Chan will help you choose the wines and you decide whether to select a pre-designed theme from our tasting menu or to customize the event to your own specific needs.  This is ideal for parties up to 30 guests.

$3,800 2 hours inclusive rate, up to 15 guests, 2 staff.  Each additional hour $1,900.

 

Garden Terrace

With a view overlooking the historic Luk Yue Teahouse on Stanley Street, the Garden Terrace provides a private venue in the heart of Central.  Enjoy a bottle with serious wine glasses and develop some serious business in our garden overlooking the masses.  Equipped with 2 dining tables, 10 chairs, 3 sofas, projector and screen, we can tailor the space to events ranging from mixers to intimate dinners.  The Garden Terrace is available for rent weekdays from 6-8pm and weekends in two hour intervals.

$6,800 2 hours inclusive rate, up to 40 guests, 2 staff. Each additional hour $3,200.

 

Whole Space

Rent out our entire space, Tasting Room + Office + Garden Terrace for large engagements.  Accommodating up to 100, this combination of indoor outdoor space is flexible to an assortment of functions including holiday parties, client entertaining and appreciation events, and anything requiring a little more elbow room.  The entire office is only upon special request.

$13,600 2 hours inclusive rate, up to 80 guests, 3-4 staff.  Each additional hour $6,800

EXTRAS

Catering– We can arrange catering with a number of our partners from cheese plates and canapés to full dinner service.  Catering is subject to 10% service charge.

Sommelier Service– Our in house Sommelier brings years of floor experience to better enhance the flow and service of the evening.  He can be hired for an additional $1,000 per evening.

Extra Servers– For events of 30+ guests we require additional servers for food and wine service.  The servers are $100/person/hour.

Cleaning Service– Events with 50+ guests will be charged $500 cleaning fee.
